Refund Policy | Giving Blessings

This Refund Policy applies to orders placed with Giving Blessings, operated by Omni Spectrum Limited. Before fulfilment begins, we will review cancellation and refund requests based on the order status and service selected. Once a service has been fulfilled, or where fulfilment costs have been irreversibly committed, a refund may be unavailable or limited. To request a review, email support@givingblessings.com with your order number, the reason for the request, and any relevant information. We will assess the request and communicate the outcome. Payment reversals, disputes, and chargebacks are handled in accordance with the applicable payment-provider process and our records of the order and fulfilment.
